When using KENFACK Doctor, the agent running on your PC executes commands locally — we receive only the action type, status, and any error messages you approve to share. We do not access your files, documents, or personal data without explicit approval.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and maintain our service, process your transactions, send you service updates, and improve our AI models. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
4. KENFACK Doctor Agent
The Doctor Agent runs locally on your machine. Every action proposed by KENFACK requires your explicit approval before execution. Command outputs are sent to our server only to provide you with results in the web UI. We do not store command outputs after your session ends.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), secure WebSocket communication, and encrypted storage for sensitive data. Your authentication tokens are stored locally and never shared.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Chat histories are retained for 90 days. Doctor session logs are retained for 30 days. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
7. Your Rights
